Account responsibility
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Marketplace role
RemoteJob provides workflow and record-keeping tools for task posting, work acceptance, proof, review, wallet movement, and administration. Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, RemoteJob is not the employer, employee, or agent of a buyer or worker.
Tasks and delivery
Task posters must provide lawful, accurate, and sufficiently clear requirements. Workers must accept only tasks they can complete, follow the stated requirements, and submit genuine proof. Duplicate, fabricated, manipulated, or unrelated proof may be rejected.
Funding, fees, and wallet records
Applicable task amounts and fees are shown in the platform flow. Funds may move through available, pending, or escrow balances according to status. A displayed wallet record does not override fraud review, legal requirements, technical correction, or an authorized refund decision.
Review, revision, and dispute decisions
A buyer may approve, request revision, or request rejection when the workflow allows. Admin review may consider instructions, timestamps, submitted proof, communications, and platform records. Decisions are limited by available evidence and applicable rules.
Suspension and termination
RemoteJob may restrict, suspend, or close access for fraud, abuse, security risk, repeated policy violations, unlawful conduct, payment risk, or failure to complete required verification. Records may be retained where required for security, payment, dispute, or legal purposes.
