Pending job review
When a newly funded job is rejected before publication, the applicable held amount may be returned to the buyer wallet according to the recorded escrow state. Any earned or reversed platform and referral fee must follow the same transaction outcome.
Assignment approval
After valid delivery is approved through the required buyer and admin steps, the corresponding funded amount may be released and the worker earning credited. An approved and settled assignment is not automatically refundable.
Rejection and refund review
A buyer rejection request does not itself complete a refund. Admin may review the original requirements, submitted proof, revisions, status history, and available evidence before releasing or refunding the funded assignment amount.
Deposits and withdrawals
A deposit submitted with an invalid or duplicate transaction reference may be rejected. Withdrawal cancellation or reversal depends on whether the request is still pending and whether an external payment has already been completed.
Fees and exceptions
Fees may be refundable, earned, reversed, or non-refundable depending on the transaction stage and published policy. Fraud, chargeback, legal restriction, system correction, or payment-provider action may require a different outcome.
