Why information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, operate marketplace workflows, review tasks and proof, manage wallet and payment records, perform verification, prevent abuse, provide support, measure service performance, and meet legal obligations.
KYC and sensitive files
Identity documents and confidential delivery files should be available only to authorized users and administrators with a legitimate workflow need. Access may be logged. Users should submit only the information requested and should not place passwords in ordinary public task fields.
Tracking and advertising technology
RemoteJob may use essential session technology and configured analytics or advertising tools, including Meta Pixel and server-side conversion events. Where required, consent and preference controls should be provided before non-essential tracking.
Retention and disclosure

You may contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some wallet, security, dispute, KYC, or legal records may need to be retained even after account closure.
