Deposits
A deposit request remains pending until the submitted payment method and transaction reference are reviewed. The same payment-method transaction ID cannot be credited twice. An approved deposit increases the available wallet balance once.
Escrow and job funding
Publishing or increasing a funded job moves the required amount from available balance to escrow. One newly created assignment consumes one funded slot. Escrow is released or refunded only through authorized state transitions.
Worker earnings
A submitted assignment must pass the configured buyer and admin workflow before earning is credited. Dashboard estimates do not replace the final wallet transaction record.
Withdrawals
A withdrawal request may require approved KYC, an active method, minimum amount, sufficient available balance, and the configured fee. The total debit moves to pending while the request is reviewed. Approval or rejection must occur only once.
Timing and external providers
Processing time depends on review, payment method, provider availability, fraud checks, holidays, and correct account details. RemoteJob does not guarantee an instant or fixed settlement time unless explicitly stated for a specific method.
